We provide cloud computing, cybersecurity and managed IT services. That includes cloud migration, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, 24/7 security monitoring, penetration testing, compliance, helpdesk support, network and server management, and IT AMC contracts.
Do you support businesses outside the UAE?
Yes. We have teams in six countries and support clients remotely worldwide. Multinational clients get one agreement and one service desk covering every location.
Where will our data be hosted?
You decide. We deploy in UAE cloud regions for clients with data residency requirements, and in EU, UK, US or Asia-Pacific regions where that suits your business better.
What happens if we suffer a cyber attack?
Our SOC isolates affected devices, contains the threat and restores from clean backups. You receive a full incident report, and we support you through any regulatory notifications.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT team?
Yes. Many clients keep their own IT staff and use TLRone for out-of-hours cover, security monitoring or specialist projects, all through one shared ticketing system.
How is pricing structured?
Managed services and AMC contracts are billed per user or per device each month. Migrations, assessments and other projects are quoted at a fixed price agreed before work starts.
